Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the internal dashboard and inspection portal (the "Service") operated by Superior Roof Support, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all employees, contractors, and authorized users who access or use the Service.

1. Authorized Use Only

This Service is a proprietary business tool intended solely for the use of authorized users. Unauthorized access, use, or distribution of this Service or its content is strictly prohibited.

2. QuickBooks Integration

This Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online ("QBO") to facilitate invoicing and data management. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• Data entered into this Service may be automatically synchronized with an appropriate QBO account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit (e.g., inspection details, line items), as this affects official financial records.
• Superior Roof Support, LLC is solely responsible for the configuration and use of the QuickBooks integration, and Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms or if your contract with Superior Roof Support, LLC is terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Superior Roof Support, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
